In 2007, One Caribbean Media (OCM) Ltd. acquired the Caribbean Communications Company Ltd. (CCCL) and appointed Starcom Network’s Managing Director/ CEO Vic Fernandes as the CEO of the Grenada Broadcasting Network (GBN).

Starcom Network Inc (SNI), operators of HOTT 95.3FM, Love 104.1FM and Voice of Barbados 92.9FM together with CCCL and GBN became the OCM Network.

In 1997, the Caribbean Communications Network (CCN) Group, now a division of OCM acquired GBN which owns and operates a television station, GBN TV and 2 radio stations, Classic Radio540AM and Hott 98.5/105.5FM.

CCCL operates and owns one radio station in Trinidad – Hott 93.5FM, another in St. Lucia – the Wave 93.7/94.5FM and the GemRadio Network which broadcasted to Antigua, Barbuda, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis. In 2011, the GemRadio Network operation was pulled and replaced with the Caribbean Super Station (CSS). The CSS broadcasts 24 hours daily to Antigua, Barbuda, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Nevis and Trinidad.
